Dodromá: Atrato River 8 years after the Constitutional Court decision. Well, we always talk about the Law of Origin, which is the one that leads us to that cosmovision. In fact, nature has its own rights. the river has its own rights, the territory has its own rights. All of nature, the forests surrounding the territory. The rivers that bathe the territory. All of them have specific rights. If we look at the history of Colombia and Chocó, it says that villages were always created based on a river. Rivers are always sources of life and of many other things, and people are always around them. But this is obviously a subsistence mechanism that is given by the river itself. Food, transportation, and many other things that we need to live, and that these populations need to live because they are important. This is why we claim the Earth as our Mother,
