Abstract

La jurisdicción coactiva es una función de carácter jurisdiccional asignada por la norma a un organismo o a un funcionario administrativo determinado para que, sin necesidad de recurrir a autoridad judicial alguna, haga efectivas, por la vía ejecutiva, deudas fiscales que sean expresas, ciertas, claras y exigibles a favor de la entidad que ejerce tal jurisdicción.
